Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting engaging sales presentations and tours of the gym facilities to prospective members.
- Building and maintaining long-term, positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Following up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into paid memberships.
- Promoting gym programs, personal training packages, and special events to drive additional revenue.
- Providing exceptional customer service to address member needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Tracking daily and weekly sales targets to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Assisting in organizing promotional activities and gym community events to attract new foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid ID card and willingness to work full-time hours.
- Basic computer literacy for using CRM software and entering sales data.
