Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Hajj pilgrimage packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote Hajj services
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations and travel requirements
- Coordinate with travel partners for seamless client experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Deep understanding of Hajj pilgrimage requirements and processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Strong problem-solving and client management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Valid SIM C and willingness for field visits
