- Identify and acquire new clients for haji financing, savings, and registration products through targeted outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Present Sharia-compliant financial solutions with persuasive clarity and cultural sensitivity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with potential and existing clients to nurture opportunities
- Document all sales activities and client information accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
- Stay updated on Islamic finance regulations and haji program developments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/D3) with preference for finance or business backgrounds
- 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in financial services or religious sectors
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of Islamic financial principles and haji processes
- High ethical standards and commitment to Sharia compliance
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with strong local dialect knowledge for Cianjur area
