We are looking for a motivated Sales HOREKA (Hotel, Restaurant, & Cafe) to join our growing team in Jakarta. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in client-facing environments, possesses excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin, and is dedicated to driving business growth in the HOREKA sector.
As our representative, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring our products are top-of-mind for culinary and hospitality businesses across the region. You will work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where your ability to build rapport and negotiate deals will directly impact our success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the Jakarta HOREKA sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert product consultation and support to clients to meet their operational needs.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective HOREKA buyers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to track performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the F&B or HOREKA industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support our target market segments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
- Strong networking abilities within the local hospitality and culinary industry.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
- Willing to travel within the Jakarta area to meet clients and prospects.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
