Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business? Agro Boga Utama is looking for an aggressive and results-oriented Sales Hunter to join our expanding team in Ambon. As a market leader in food distribution, we are seeking an individual who thrives on building new partnerships, identifying untapped market opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the Maluku region.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our customer base and ensuring our premium food products reach the right clients. We are looking for a "hunter" mindsetāsomeone who is not afraid to initiate cold calls, conduct face-to-face meetings, and negotiate deals that create win-win scenarios for both our company and our partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new leads within the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors in Ambon.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and nurture strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelorās degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (F&B industry experience is a significant plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a 'Hunter' mindsetāresilient in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driverās license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of the local business landscape in Ambon and surrounding areas.
