Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell insurance products through bank partner channels
- Conduct follow-ups with existing bank partner clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize provided tools (laptop) for sales activities and reporting
- Attend mandatory training sessions (online/offline) to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strong relationships with bank partner personnel
- Provide excellent customer service and financial advisory
- Complete sales documentation and compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (insurance/bancassurance advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with proven sales achievements
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
- Valid Indonesian ID and residence in Pontianak area
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
