In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, serving as a trusted advisor to clients looking to transform their spaces. You will combine your sales expertise with a keen eye for interior aesthetics to help customers select the perfect furniture solutions, ensuring an exceptional brand experience from the initial consultation to final delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly showroom sales targets.
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding furniture selection, design styles, and material specifications.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including inquiries, quotations, and closing deals.
- Maintain the showroom display and ensure all products are showcased to company standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor delivery schedules and customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in furniture sales, retail, or interior design consulting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a high-end showroom.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales management software.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
