Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell John Deere tractors and agricultural equipment to farmers and agri-businesses in the Jambi region.
- Conduct farm visits and on-site demonstrations to showcase product features and technical capabilities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through networking and market analysis.
- Provide expert product advice and negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the agricultural machinery, construction, or heavy equipment industry.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and the ability to travel extensively within the Jambi region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
