Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell ceramic products to retail and commercial clients in the Kendari region
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic market penetration
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor analysis
- Provide product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential buyers
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in ceramics, construction materials, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of local Kendari market dynamics and customer preferences
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
