Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell FMCG products to maximize market penetration and sales volume
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity plans
- Collect and provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Pesisir Barat, Lampung area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
