As our Sales Lead, you will take ownership of our omni-channel sales performance, overseeing both online marketplace optimization and offline trade marketing initiatives. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence while consistently hitting and exceeding our aggressive growth targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue across online and offline channels.
- Manage and optimize marketplace accounts (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) to increase visibility, conversion, and ROAS.
- Design and implement effective trade marketing programs to strengthen brand presence at the point of sale.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure KPIs and growth targets are consistently achieved.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to align sales efforts with company-wide goals.
- Identify and nurture key partnerships to broaden our distribution network and market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial management, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce marketplaces and offline trade marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive problem-solver with a 'growth hacker' mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
