Are you passionate about the future of green mobility? We are an ambitious, early-stage EV startup looking for a high-energy Sales Lead / Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategy in Jakarta. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to disrupt the local motorcycle industry.

As our Sales Lead, you won't just be selling products; you will be building the foundation of our sales ecosystem. You will be responsible for transforming incoming marketing leads into loyal customers, managing pre-order pipelines, and optimizing sales processes that will allow us to scale rapidly. If you are a natural closer with a data-driven mindset and a knack for building repeatable sales workflows, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to final delivery of EV motorcycles.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and workflows to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and quality.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and test rides to convert prospects into pre-orders.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report on growth KPIs to management.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with early adopters and key stakeholders in the EV community.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, technology, or startup sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta motorcycle market and consumer behavior.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A proactive "builder" mindset—comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with limited resources.
  • Passionate about sustainability and electric vehicle technology.
