This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to disrupt the local motorcycle industry.
As our Sales Lead, you won't just be selling products; you will be building the foundation of our sales ecosystem. You will be responsible for transforming incoming marketing leads into loyal customers, managing pre-order pipelines, and optimizing sales processes that will allow us to scale rapidly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to final delivery of EV motorcycles.
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and workflows to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and quality.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test rides to convert prospects into pre-orders.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report on growth KPIs to management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with early adopters and key stakeholders in the EV community.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, technology, or startup sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta motorcycle market and consumer behavior.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive "builder" mindset—comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with limited resources.
- Passionate about sustainability and electric vehicle technology.
