Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed sales reports and market insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Karawang, Jawa Barat.
