Tanggung Jawab

  • Participate in a comprehensive management training program to master company products and sales strategies.
  • Execute daily sales activities and client visits to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential leads in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with diverse clients in the Jakarta area.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales processes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, documentation, and activity logs for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement creative sales tactics to penetrate new market segments.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree in any major) with a strong interest in a Sales career.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in facing challenges.
  • Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role and travel across the Jakarta Utara region.
  • Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C/A).
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
