Impresario Club House is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our elite team in Badung. As the face of our venue, you will be instrumental in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring our club house remains the premier destination for premium experiences.

We offer a highly lucrative compensation structure, including a base salary and a generous 10% commission on all sales generated, along with additional performance-based incentives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase club revenue and market share.
- Proactively identify and approach potential high-net-worth clients, event organizers, and corporate partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and client retention.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Impresario Club House brand.
- Collaborate with the management team to create exclusive packages and seasonal promotional offers.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to optimize performance and reach revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regular patrons to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the nightlife, luxury hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network effectively in a social, high-energy environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus for the Bali market).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly resilient with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to align with club operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
