Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee distribution operations across Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA sectors.
- Provide active coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the sales team to ensure peak productivity.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency in the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian retail landscapes including Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting and market trend analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
