Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and customer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
