- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the company's market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically in a 'hunter' role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business with demonstrable track records of exceeding quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management tools.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with potential clients within the Jakarta region and beyond.
