Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the Medan region and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
