Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the Medan region and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
