Tanggung Jawab

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast growth, and optimize territory management.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance presentations for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales management or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
