Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the local market in Sidoarjo and East Java.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to expand our market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Train new hires and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
