As a Sales Manager, you will help drive store performance, mentor junior staff, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $3,500 to $5,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and proven track record in the beauty and retail sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
- Drive retail sales and achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and store targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through excellent after-sales service and loyalty programs.
- Assist in the daily operations of the beauty counter/store, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and mini-treatments to educate customers on the latest beauty trends and product benefits.
- Support the Store Manager in mentoring junior team members and maintaining a highly motivated team environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends, skincare innovations, and brand-specific product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent grooming standards and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Team player with leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
