Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in the bulk cargo sector.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with major industrial clients and commodities traders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Lead contract negotiations and tender processes, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and revenue budgets for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development specifically within the bulk cargo or shipping logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of bulk logistics operations, cargo handling, and regional shipping regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at a senior level.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong network within the industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
