Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for digital advertising products.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital agency and brand advertiser ecosystem.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine our sales messaging and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign performance and delivery.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including Programmatic, Social, Search, and Display.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed high-value sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated professional capable of thriving in a 100% remote working environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
