Trust Recruit is partnering with a rapidly scaling Digital Freight Forwarding startup in Jakarta to find an ambitious Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation in the supply chain industry, helping businesses streamline their logistics operations through innovative tech-enabled solutions.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of international trade, build lasting relationships with enterprise clients, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Indonesia and beyond, leveraging our digital platform to displace traditional freight models with efficiency, transparency, and data-driven insights.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the logistics and freight forwarding market in Indonesia.
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-value enterprise accounts, focusing on supply chain managers and logistics directors.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the product and operations teams to translate client feedback into actionable feature requests for our digital platform.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial pitching to contract negotiation and final onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the digital logistics sector.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to build brand authority.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the freight forwarding, logistics, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse sales teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools to track pipeline health.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required for this client-facing role.
