Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the event management and creative industry.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic relationships with key corporate clients and agencies.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure collective success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings and value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure the seamless delivery of sold projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the events, marketing, or creative agency sectors.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta creative event landscape and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools to track performance and activities.
