Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial chemical sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key industrial stakeholders.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on specific client needs.
- Coordinate with the logistics and import departments to ensure timely delivery of chemical supplies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and conduct presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial chemical sales or import/export business.
- Possess a strong sense of integrity, discipline, and professional responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to be based in Palembang and conduct necessary site visits.
