We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Fire Protection Systems division in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and industrial sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fire protection systems.
- Identify, pursue, and close new project opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical demonstrations of fire safety product portfolios.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Coordinate with the technical and operational teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize our market positioning in Jakarta.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the fire protection or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry.
- Deep understanding of fire protection systems (Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Gas Suppression, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive B2B environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
