We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee operations in Purwosari, East Java. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales of our raw material products (fabrics, foams, springs, and accessories) to sofa and springbed manufacturers. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Oversee the daily operational activities of the sales department to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers in the furniture industry.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for the senior management team.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement targeted training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture, raw materials, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of the East Java furniture market and an established network within the industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Willing to be based in Purwosari, Pasuruan, East Java.
