Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and collective performance.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the company's General Trade footprint.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key distributors and stakeholders in the B2B sector.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Optimize sales processes to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in B2B sales, specifically within the General Trade/FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
