Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and collective performance.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the company's General Trade footprint.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key distributors and stakeholders in the B2B sector.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Optimize sales processes to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in B2B sales, specifically within the General Trade/FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
