As a Sales Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our regional expansion, responsible for crafting robust sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in one of Indonesia's most competitive industrial markets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the industrial and construction sectors in East Java.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Sales Manager specifically in the Hand & Power Tools industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the East Java market landscape, including distribution networks and local industrial dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data to drive actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
