Are you a seasoned medical device sales leader with a passion for improving patient outcomes in the renal care space? Our client, a leading medical technology firm, is seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager for Hemodialysis to spearhead market expansion and solidify their presence in the Jakarta region. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for defining commercial strategies, cultivating long-term relationships with healthcare institutions, and mentoring a high-performing sales force.
You will play a pivotal role in the hemodialysis ecosystem, ensuring that our innovative life-saving solutions reach the clinics and hospitals that need them most. The ideal candidate will combine technical product expertise with a sharp business acumen, capable of navigating complex procurement processes and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share for the hemodialysis product portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of medical sales representatives to exceed regional KPIs and sales targets.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including nephrologists, hospital administrators, and dialysis center directors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust commercial approaches proactively.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and clinical presentations to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with product management and clinical teams to ensure product training and value proposition alignment.
- Manage regional budgets, forecast sales performance, and deliver accurate reporting to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a Business-related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within the Nephrology or Hemodialysis sector.
- Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system, hospital procurement, and BPJS medical device regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya region and surrounding areas as required.
