We are actively seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis. Your Mission
As the Sales Manager, you will be the architect of our sales success. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals, develop robust strategies to penetrate new market segments, and cultivate lasting relationships with high-value corporate clients. Your expertise in the ISP landscape will be crucial in identifying emerging opportunities, navigating competitive challenges, and delivering solutions that meet the critical connectivity needs of businesses today. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals in the Jakarta Selatan region and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and effective pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and service standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify product improvements.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle for ISP services, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their connectivity needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats within the ISP industry.
- Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, high service quality, and customer retention.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brand and services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales management experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ISP products and services (e.g., Fiber Optic, FTTx, DIA, MPLS, VPN).
- Experience in building and leading a successful sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
