In this role, you will be at the forefront of our revenue-generating efforts, learning how to articulate the value of our facilities and services to a diverse clientele. You will work closely with our experienced Sales Management team to refine your negotiation skills, analyze market trends, and drive hotel performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and capture up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across all hotel departments.
- Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, and premium services to maximize total revenue per available room (TRevPAR).
- Assist the Sales Management team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Support the coordination of corporate events, room bookings, and guest service inquiries with high attention to detail.
- Engage with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns for hotel amenities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- A genuine passion for the luxury hotel industry and high-standard guest services.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship program for a minimum of 3-6 months.
