Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics and stay ahead of industry demands.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client-specific logistics needs.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management regarding growth projections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong existing network of clients and industry contacts in the Jakarta area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
