As part of the Rolls-Royce team, you will engage with shipyards, vessel operators, and marine fleet owners, providing consultative sales solutions that prioritize reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. You will leverage your technical acumen and commercial expertise to navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring our propulsion and power generation technologies remain the industry benchmark.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow the mtu marine portfolio within Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in shipyards, offshore operators, and government agencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and technical support for installed systems.
  • Represent Rolls-Royce at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets as defined by regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related Business/Management field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the marine propulsion or power generation sector.
  • Strong existing network within the Indonesian maritime and offshore industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
