We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our revenue generation strategy, bridging the gap between our high-performance engineering solutions and our clients' operational needs.

As our Sales Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in Jakarta Barat, fostering a culture of innovation and high achievement. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) industry who is ready to take ownership of territory growth, cultivate long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the M&E sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed individual and collective KPIs.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and technical presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements to provide insightful feedback to the management team.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on regional performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the M&E or construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and support project sites.
