Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of beauty advisors and sales consultants, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends in the medical aesthetics industry and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate treatment plans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management within the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or high-end beauty retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
- Passion for the latest aesthetic trends and treatments.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
