PT AiJOY Home Technology Indonesia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our offline market expansion. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our national offline sales strategy, driving growth across all Indonesian regions by optimizing distributor management and elevating our sell-in and sell-out performance.
The ideal candidate possesses deep market knowledge, a proven track record in consumer electronics or home appliance distribution, and the leadership capacity to manage high-stakes commercial relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national offline sales roadmap to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture a robust network of distributors, ensuring alignment with company sales goals and brand standards.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscapes to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Drive sell-in volume while implementing innovative marketing and trade programs to boost sell-out performance at the retail level.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to ensure professional excellence and high productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing departments to ensure product availability and effective point-of-sale visibility.
- Regularly report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in offline sales management, preferably in consumer home technology or electronics.
- Demonstrated success in managing nationwide distribution networks within Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently across regions to manage stakeholders and oversee sales operations.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
