As our Sales Manager, you will lead high-stakes negotiations, manage client portfolios, and provide strategic direction to ensure consistent revenue growth. We are looking for an individual who understands the nuances of the precast concrete market, including technical specifications and competitive project bidding. If you have a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and are passionate about driving infrastructure and building construction solutions, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and property development sectors.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiry and technical consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine our sales approach.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the precast concrete, construction materials, or building materials industry.
  • Deep understanding of the precast concrete product lifecycle and project-based bidding processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • High level of professional integrity and excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel across the Banten and Jabodetabek region as required by business needs.
