This is a fully remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Kalimantan Tengah while leading our sales strategy to new heights.
As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will be responsible for building, coaching, and mentoring a high-performance sales team, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a remote sales team to improve performance and drive professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term partnerships with potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, perform performance reviews, and implement sales training programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine lead acquisition and brand positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a distributed team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
