In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for driving revenue, expanding our client base, and ensuring that every dining experience we offer is perfectly aligned with the needs of our guests and corporate partners.
We are looking for a proactive leader who understands the nuances of the hospitality sector. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, managing bookings for events, and building long-term relationships with our clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue and banquet/event bookings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, tourism, and local markets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiries and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events and special dining requests.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and remain ahead of the curve.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within the hospitality, restaurant, or catering industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the Secret Garden Village brand with excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with restaurant booking or CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the business.
