Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Age 30-45 years old
- S1 degree in Management, Communication, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing leadership
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Understanding of Jawa Barat market dynamics preferred
