Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for stainless steel, aluminium, and pipe products in construction and industrial markets
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Monitor team performance through KPI tracking and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in management/supervisory role
- Proven track record selling stainless steel, carbon steel, pipes, or industrial materials
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building supplies, and hardware products
- Expertise in B2B sales cycles and contract negotiation for commercial clients
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client communications
