Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the wedding sales and planning team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote wedding packages and venue bookings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wedding consultants, and industry partners to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize product offerings.
- Conduct site inspections and presentations to prospective couples, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure wedding events are executed flawlessly and meet the resort’s high standards.
- Manage the wedding sales budget and forecast revenue accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, hospitality, or wedding planning.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of wedding logistics, venue management, and customer service excellence.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
