Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales department, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and expansion routes within the regional food market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and major retail partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable business intelligence.
  • Manage the commercial budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and expense control to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and product launches.
  • Ensure standard operational excellence across all sales territories in the West Java region.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian F&B distribution network and supply chain dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced data analytics tools for sales reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure decision-making.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
