Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the local market to expand our client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI on a regular basis.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail or corporate setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry networking events.
