Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business improvement.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Marketing or similar role in the manufacturing or polymer industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business purposes.
