Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
