Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
