Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns and lead acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
